Dear DES Family and Friends,

Have a wonderful Fall Break and I hope that everyone is able to spend some enjoyable time with their family. The students will be returning to school on Tuesday, October 16th, and on that evening there will be a "Math Game Night," sponsored by the DES Parent Involvement Team (organized by Brenda Wheeler). The event will begin at 6:00 in the DES cafeteria. There will be activities in which parents and children can participate together. This will be a great opportunity for you to see what your children are doing in math. We will also be having a covered dish dinner, so bring your favorite dish or stop by the deli and pick up something to bring. We look forward to seeing you and your children.
