Dear DES Family and Friends,

Just a few important things that you need to put on your calendars:

Tuesday, March 11th - 3rd nine weeks ends - Report cards will be given to parents at the Parent/Teacher Conferences on Thursday, March 20th.

Tuesday, March 11th - PTO meeting - 6:00 pm in the cafeteria - 3rd grade classes in charge of program

Thursday, March 20th - EARLY RELEASE DAY FOR ALL STUDENTS - 12:45 - PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES 1:00-7:00 (you should receive a sign-up form from your child's teacher) - IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SCHEDULE AND ATTEND THE CONFERENCE. PRE-K EARLY REGISTRATION FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.

Friday, March 21st - NO SCHOOL

Friday, March 28th - WE WILL BE IN SCHOOL (WEATHER MAKE-UP DAY)

SPRING BREAK - MARCH 31-APRIL 4

CRCT- GRADES 1-5 - APRIL 21ST-25TH - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS PRESENT.

Monday, April 28th - WE WILL BE IN SCHOOL (WEATHER MAKE-UP DAY)

>READ TO/WITH YOUR CHILD EVERYDAY, TALK ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING, HELP YOUR CHILD WITH BASIC MATH SKILLS (adding, subtracting, multiplying, division).
